GREAT KNEE PADSMar 29, 2011

"AAN"
I have been in the floor covering trade since 1974 and these are by far one of the best knee pads out there, for a reasonable price. In fact another tile setter asked if I had another pair so I let him use my old pair. Now he wants to get a pair. My last pair my helper is using like he says they are great and they DON'T FALL DOWN when you walk. just a great pair of knee pads. I will say, do your homework price can vary get on the net and shop.

Most Comfortable Pads I've Ever Used. For Indoor Work Only.Jul 21, 2009
By CD Junkie These pads feel great (for pads). The long length and wide straps hold them in place well and don't bite into your legs nearly as much as other pads I've tried. I bought these on-line "sight unseen" and there wasn't much of a description available, so let me make one comment: The outer fabric of these pads is a velour-like material (kind of like a car seat). It's really comfortable, but it picks up dirt & sawdust like crazy, and I'm not sure how long they'd last on an abrasive surface (guess that's why they're called "Carpet" pads). They are obviously intended to be used indoors only. That said, I'd probably buy these again because most of my work IS indoors & they feel so good.

best I've triedJun 23, 2008
By rick atkins I've tried a ton of different knee pads, they all fell short in either of 2 categories: They slipped around on my knees way too often, or the straps irritated the back of my knees after a long day. These pads do neither, they simply feel comfortable when kneeling and they stay in place. They might make the cushion a bit thicker, but overall they are a great knee pad!

Best design yetAug 24, 2011
By D. Trelford I had just about given up hope in finding a replacement set of knee pads for my 15 year old set when I came across these. They are made exactly the same as my old pair except for the material. The old pair had a tough as nails almost like a cross between cordora and canvas. These have a silky smooth material. But other than that they are the same. In fact I think these might be better for laying engineered wood floors as they allow me to scoot across the floor with ease. My old pair had been used mostly for tile work and have gotten all beat up and covered with grout so they would scratch the wood floors. I guess after 15 years they aren't going to cost $15 anymore but since this is the best design out there and I need them I bought them. Do yourself a favor if you wear knee pads a lot, buy two pairs so when they can't be found anymore you'll still have a shiny new pair.
