This product was a hassle to use and it didn't clean my high traffic areas very much. I just wasn't as wowed by this product like other reviewers. I have to have a professional clean my carpet anyway. There is plenty of product in the box, but it was just a pain to use. I had it all over from brushing it into the carpet.

I purchased this after reading the good reviews But after using it, I am sorry that I wasted the money. I used in, after reading the directions, in the same area Four Times and the dirt/stains are still there!

This product is the best I have found for cleaning anything from your carpet. It has easy to follow directions and it is pretty mistake proof. It use to be sold at Target, but I can't find it there anymore. Try it, you'll like it

I tried this product on my Travel trailer's light blue carpet. I had some spots under the dining table from food being dropped. I treated these spots as per Capture's direction. The spots did not come out, but the carpeting around the spots turned white. So now I've got these white rings around the food spots all over my carpet. Capture does not warn about this. Capture probably has bleach or an oxidizer in it that lightens your carpet and makes it look clean, when in fact it's bleaching out the carpet. O.K. for white carpets: bad for colored carpets. So check for color fastness in a remote location before using this product!
And it's lousy at removing simple food spots!

I recently put my house on the market & paid a lot of money for a carpet cleaning company to come out and steam clean our 5 year old carpet. I was so disappointed when they finished! After a few days of normal traffic, it seemed WORSE than before I had it professionally cleaned!! So I went to the Internet to find a solution...and that's when I found this product on Amazon. After reading the reviews, I thought, "what the heck, can't be any worse!" I WAS AMAZED! My first attempt at this product was on our entryway stairs. After all, that is the first thing our buyers were going to see (and we'd already received comments on the carpet in this area). After one application I couldn't believe how much better the carpet looked! I called my husband in & he couldn't believe it either! Capture had given new life to our worn carpet! We took to the hallway and high traffic areas and couldn't be more pleased with the results. In fact, I'm on Amazon today ordering MORE! I've spent half of what I shelled out for our professional steam cleaning and gotten double the satisfaction! I would highly recommend this product!!
