Did a room with these carpet tiles and followed all directions (arrows show you direction, etc.) and seams showed badly. I'd go with regular carpet.

I bought these along with the Legato Touch Seadunes to do a checkered pattern in a basement room. They look great together & it makes the seams between tiles unnoticeable. Highly recommend.

The biggest issue with the tiles is that you can't hide the seams no matter what you try to do. I'm not sending them back, because they're downstairs in a back room, so we can deal. If it was in any other room, I would have sent them back.

I love this carpet! I laid it nearly a year ago and it still looks brand new; it feels great under foot as well. It was easy to install and when the need arise elsewhere in my home I will get more of it.
