A nice product: at firstMay 06, 2007

The original 3-star rating should be reduced to one star, due to the flimsy nature of these register covers. This product must have been built to be decorative, not functional, because every one I bought has fallen apart. The glue holding the sides to the louvers has come loose, the oak louvers are light and several have 'split,' with the top quarter-inch wanting to move like a large splinter. Actually stepping on the Register Cover apparently makes this occur, so if your register is in a high-traffic area, or anywhere that it will ever be stepped upon, these louvers are not substantially built enough for the job. However, they are pretty to look at -- just not functional.
